Starting pay rate $14/hr. (for little or no experience) – Pay based on persons work history and experience in the trade. See break down on our website by the specific applications.

Our typical workday is 7am to 3:30pm, this schedule can change based on the demand of our projects and workload. Overtime is available and paid for any hours over 40 worked.  We also work at several locations that have Prevailing Wage, such as Barksdale Airforce Base, Red River Army Depot, Fort Polk, etc.
