My name is Brayden and I have been with Martin since 2020. I started out as a helper on jobsites and have since moved up to Warehouse Manager. I handle materials and equipment that come and go from our shop, I am in charge of Operation making sure jobs get what they need and move their materials around. I also handle our waste division, where we get rid of media waste and leftover paint waste. In the shop, I help manage personnel, their time, and the jobs that we have at the shop. I also compile and sort data that we get from the shop to better understand our costs so that we can appropriately charge our customers. Finally, I also assist in creating Inquiry screen for our Project Managers and employees to see crucial information in an easy to access format.
