BAFB Head Quarters

Challenge

MSC was asked to complete finishes in a renovation of a government headquarter building.  We were able to work creatively with the user so that they were able to occupy the space while renovations were being completed.  Using this strategy the user was relocated to the bottom floor while our skill tradesmen completed work on the second floor without interruptions to their critical operations.  Exterior surfaces were cleaned, brick was repaired and pointed up, and a clear waterproofing sealer was applied to all surfaces.  All while the building was occupied.

Solution

Martin was required to provide craftsmen experienced in all the finishing trades for new drywall surfaces and painting.  Additionally, the wallcovering supplied for this project included sound absorbing and paper backed products requiring detailed installation techniques.  Exterior waterproofing required working from aerial lifts to apply EVONIK sealer and sealants.
