Bodacious Pickle Ball Renovation

CHALLENGE

Client needed to renovate tenant spaces to create and indoor Pickleball court system, addition to restraurant and new restrooms while maintaining operations without disruption. 

SOLUTION

MSC was able to perform the work in the required 6 motnh timeline per the clients requests while meeting desired expectations. As the General Contractor for this project we worked with other specialized contractor to ensure all work was performed correctly and meeting all building regulations. As a specialized contractor we also self performed a large portion of the project including all interior painting and the installation of the TWO Pickle Ball court themselve. The client wanted both Pickleball courts to meet the required deminsions accourding to USA Pickleball; including a bar area around the parimeter of the courts. In addition to the court area we installed an addition to the existing kitchen for the expanded business. As well as new restrooms for closer access to those at the Picklebar court.
