Challenge

A local landmark medical facility reached out to us for interior finishes on their new complex in Benton, La.  Their new facility was going into a new market, and they were eager for construction to commence to get the facility opened to serve this community.  This was the perfect opportunity to deploy our newest investment for our commercial finishing division.   

Solution

Martin deployed our trained drywall finishing crew armed with a Bazooka Continuous Flow Pump. This new tool allows for high production dry wall finishing applications by using a 25 gallon hopper of joint compound to be pumped directly to the tools.  Eliminating down time and speeding up production significantly.  Its unique design allows for material to be more efficiently cycled and stored, keeping unnecessary waste and material costs to a minimum.  This tool allowed us to speed up our production rate; saving labor costs and adding value to the project budget.
