My name is Gillian and I have been with the company since 2016. My position has continued to evolve and grow since the day I started; I am our Director of Business Operations. I handle our accounting duties, accounts receivables, and oversee HR, Payroll, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and all other business processes. I also work closely with our project management team and provide any training that is needed for the systems we use, i.e. our ERP, marketing tools, or other system add-ons. MSC has been a wonderful place to work and grow my knowledge of the construction industry and create a career I love to do. The company is one that truly cares about its employees and tries to make decisions that will have the best impact on its employees.
