My name is Greg Martin and I serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Martin Specialty Coatings. I am the grandson of the founder, Edward Martin, and the son of Terry Martin. I am honored to be part of the 3rd generation family leadership of the organization. I began my career at Martin at the age of 15 and have held most positions in the company from laborer to COO. I take responsibility for all outcomes of Martin’s services positive and areas that require improvement. It is my job to perform as a servant leader to drive our company into the next generation and continue the legacy set-in place by the previous Martin leadership.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston and have had varied experience with different organizations to support my abilities to lead the company. I believe in hands-on support for our teams to provide leadership at all required levels and complexities related to our work.

I have extensive experience in specialty coating applications that I work to support our multiple divisions and will continue to provide leadership for successful outcomes for the duration of my career and provide the required training for the next generation.
