My name is Kipp, and I have been with the company since 2022. I am the Health, Safety & Quality Manager for MSC, which is a new position for the company. I am responsible for the oversight and management of MSC’s Safety and Quality programs. I work closely with our Leaders and employees to create an industry’s best culture of safety and quality. Prior to working for MSC, I worked with MSC as a consultant providing training in areas of safety, leadership, and culture. During that time, I recognized that Martin was a great company to work with and for. When the opportunity to join MSC was made available I did not hesitate to join the team. MSC’s culture is built around family and that family matters. It is rewarding to work for a company that invest and truly appreciates their employees.
