A fourth-generation painter who has always had an inspiration for working in the family business. I attended C.E. Byrd High School followed by Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Construction Engineering Technology. Family is very important to both my wife, Samantha, and I, we have three beautiful children, Micheal, Kallie, and Scarlett and enjoy time on the water or hanging with friends and family.
Growing up I had positions throughout the company including blasting, wallcovering installation, painting, drywall finishing. After receiving my degree, I served in many roles within the company from Estimating new projects to developing complex solutions for customers in the industrial coatings, waterproofing, and commercial construction divisions. Currently I serve as a liaison between the Martin Production team and existing customers to maintain and support their facility requirements. As well as developing new relationships for future business and value-added opportunities. I like to be innovative in order to provide cost effective and schedule conscious project solutions.
I have served as the AGC President and Board for the North Louisiana Chapter and am a current Board Member for the Shreveport Regional Arts Council. I find it very important to continue to promote the growth and wellbeing of the ArkLaTex community. Martin Cares is a community nurturing event that along with the help of the MSC team we implemented 2022 and hope to continue our efforts in bettering our communities.
